Distributes humanitarian aid to refugees in Azerbaijan. Collaborates with other organisations to improve refugees’ conditions and allow them to access employment and reintegrate into society. Staff visit refugees camps, give them information on who to contact to help them and make representations to the local authorities based on their discussions with refugees in the camps. IEPF conducts advocacy on behalf of refugees and IDPs on policy issues.
