The A.D. Sakharov Armenian Human Rights Protection Center was created to support the building of civil society and the development of democratic institutions in the Republic of Armenia. They run regional offices in Shirak, Gegharkunik and Syunik as well as their headquarters in Yerevan. They are an implementing partner of UNHCR and provide free legal consulting on human rights protection issues to the socially vulnerable, including refugees and immigrants.
