The Humanitarian Group (formerly CASE for Refugees) is a not-for-profit organisation focused on empowering vulnerable people by providing professional and accessible migration assistance, legal advice and education. They strive to do this in a way that embraces diversity and strengthens communities.
The Humanitarian Group help people new to Western Australia from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, including humanitarian visa holders, asylum seekers, refugees and people who are otherwise disadvantaged in their access to legal services. They provide specialist immigration legal advice (including assistance with protection visa applications and family reunion), general legal assistance (including minor criminal and civil matters and general family law) and community legal education. All of their services are provided free of charge.
