Anderson Opoka

Programme Associate

Anderson supports the formulation and implementation of programmes and administrative strategies at IRRI. Prior to this, he worked as an intern with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Uganda serving under the East African Community and Ring States department. Anderson holds a Bachelors degree in Governance and International Relations from Uganda Christian University. Anderson joined IRRI in 2020.
